Xử lý, khắc phục sự cố trong thời gian sớm nhất và thời gian khắc phục hoàn tất trong vòng tối đa là ba (03) giờ (đối với các ngày làm việc từ thứ hai đến thứ bảy) và trong vòng tối đa là tám (08) giờ (đối với ngày Chủ nhật) kể từ khi nhận được thông báo mất tín hiệu từ Bên A. Nếu bên B khắc phục trễ hơn quy định và sự cố do lỗi của bến B, thì bên B có trách nhiệm giảm trừ cước vào tháng kế tiếp cho Bên A, với mức đền bù được tính như sau:
