Năm lớp 11 có lần tôi bị bệnh khá nặng phải nghỉ học 3 ngày.Bệnh này được gọi là sốt siêu vi,lúc đầu nó làm cho tôi cảm thấy hơi nhức đầu,đổ nhiều mồ hôi và rất lạnh,qua ngày hôm sau toàn thân tôi xuất hiện những chấm đỏ,và cơn sốt khiến tôi ngày càng kiệt sức.Tôi cảm thấy lạnh và đắp mền suốt ,điều này làm tôi đỡ lạnh hơn ,nhưng đây không phải là giải pháp tốt vì thật sự lúc này cơ thể tôi đang rất nóng.Khi nhận ra điều này tôi không đắp mền nữa,uống thật nhiều nước và uống thuốc đều đặn theo toa của bác sĩ.Chính vì áp dụng đúng phương pháp nên đến ngày hôm sau tôi đã khoẻ và có thể đi học lại.
