Trong vòng 30 ngày làm việc liên tục, công nợ giữa AEON hoặc các Chi Nhánh của AEON và Nhà Cung Cấp hoặc Chi nhánh/Công ty của Nhà Cung Cấp không đủ để AEON hoặc Chi Nhánh của AEON thực hiện việc cấn trừ các khoản chiết khấu, hổ trợ/ hàng trả thì hai bên bằng văn bản (nếu có) xác nhận việc cấn trừ các khoản chiết khấu,hổ trợ/hàng trả với Công nợ của cho Nhà Cung Cấp hoặc bất kỳ Chi nhánh/Công ty nào của Nhà cung cấp mà còn số dư với AEON hoặc Chi Nhánh AEON. Nhà Cung cấp hoặc Chi nhánh Công ty của Nhà Cung cấp sẽ thanh toán các khoản còn nợ cho AEON trong trường hợp khi thanh lý hợp đồng mà Nhà cung cấp còn nợ AEON hoặc. tổng số dư công nợ của Nhà cung cấp và Chi nhánh/Công ty Nhà Cung cấp với AEON và Chi nhánh AEON không đủ cấn trừ công nợ trong vòng 30 ngày làm việc liên tiếp
