1.Lý do nghiên cứu đề tài.
Trong xu thế phát triển của thế giới, Việt Nam đang tham gia ngày càng tích cực vào quá trình hội nhập quốc tế, xu hướng toàn cầu hoá với đặc trưng nền kinh tế trí tuệ, khoa học công nghệ phát triển mạnh, vì vậy nguồn nhân lực trở thành một trong những nguồn lực quan trọng và quản trị nhân lực đã và đang là một lĩnh vực quan trọng trong hoạt động quản lý của mọi tổ chức, doanh nghiệp. Trong đó, đánh giá thực hiện công việc được coi là một trong những hoạt động quản lý nguồn nhân lực quan trọng và được thực hiện trong tất cả các tổ chức, không chỉ phục vụ nhiều mục tiêu quản trị nhân lực mà còn trực tiếp cải thiện hiệu quả thực hiện công việc của người lao động.
