Cả hai đều là nơi giảng dạy, học tập, nghiên cứu và điều hành của trường.
Cũng như những trường Đại học khác, RMIT cũng có khu ký túc xá riêng của mình. Ký túc xá từ khi được xây mới theo chuẩn quốc tế vào năm 2010 đã trở thành điểm sáng của trường khi cung cấp 103 chỗ ở cho sinh viên trường, với điều kiện sống thoải mái tiện nghi, không khác gì một phòng khách sạn.Với mức giá cao nhất khoảng 34 triệu đồng/4 tháng, mỗi sinh viên ở trong KTX ĐH Quốc tế RMIT Việt Nam được tạo một điều kiện sống đầy đủ tiện nghi như trong khách sạn.Nhưng nơi được sinh viên yêu thích nhất chắc chắn là Khu phức hợp Giải trí và sự kiện.
