Các phiếu chi tiền mặt và phiếu xuất nhập vật tư, công cụ, phiếu nhập sản phẩm, sẽ được chi và xuất nhập (trừ hoá đơn bán sản phẩm) thì không nhất thiết phải có chữ ký của Tổng giám đốc hoặc giám đốc được uỷ quyền nhưng bắt buộc tất cả các phiếu nhập - xuất vật tư, công cụ, thành phẩm và hàng hoá phải được hoàn tất thủ tục phiếu nhập - xuất qua Phòng KTTKTC trước khi thực hiện. Chỉ được nhập xuất trước khi làm thủ tục kế toán trong các trường hợp sau đây
