Humanitarian resettlement process (HR)Information about the agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the United States about the relocation humane (HR)15-11-2005, Vietnam's Government has signed an agreement with the u.s. Government about opening humanitarian resettlement process (HR). Accordingly, the Government of Vietnam and the Government of the United States will cooperate in the review and allow immigration resettlement in the United States by Vietnam in the object of the orderly departure program (ODP) but not yet able to apply or have yet to be completed before profile ODP program ended on 30 September 1994 for legal reasons such as economic conditions , do not have access to information on the ODP program, or do not want to go before settling in the United States should not apply to ODP ...This process does not apply to those previously filed under the ODP program but was rejected or was informed not qualified according to the ODP program. Humanitarian resettlement process (HR) will be publicly reported extensively on the mass media (television, newspaper, radio ...) in 6 months from November 15-12-2005 and followed the period of 2 years and get the resolution.The objects mentioned above include:1. The population of Vietnam in an HO:Is one of the following:a) applicants who are citizens of Vietnam have spent at least three years in the camps due to the tight relationship with agencies, organizations of the United States Government to implement the programs or policies of the Government of the United States on April 30, 1975;b) the applicant has sufficient two Vietnam citizens the following conditions:Have each spent at least a year in a Gulag because of tight relationship with the u.s. Government before April 30, 1975;Was training with duration of any in the United States or on the territory of the United States under the auspices of the Government of the United States on April 30, 1975;c) the applicant has sufficient two Vietnam citizens the following conditions:Have each spent at least a year in a Gulag because of tight relationship with the u.s. Government before April 30, 1975;Worked directly for the u.s. Government or a U.s. company or a U.s. Organization in time for at least a year before on April 30, 1975;d) the applicant is the widow the husband/wife's widow were put into camps due to the close relationship of the people with the Government of the United States on April 30, 1975, and died in the Gulag or die within a year after his release.2. The population of Vietnam is a former U.s. Government employee (an U11):Those employees are employed directly by the us Government in Vietnam with working time proved a total of 5 years or more in the period from January 1, 1963 to April 30, 1975.3.
