Most candidates will quickly answered not true. Example: "I'm a workaholic," or "My weakness is that I never feel satisfied until all the work completed efficiently and smoothly"
type answer makes employers that was not a weakness, and you're lying to them.
the 2nd: Mark distract
Treat your strengths are also weaknesses.
for example: I am a perfectionist so I always think that nobody can can perform the job well as I do. And the result is, I'm afraid to entrust important tasks to others.
This type of weakness answer is, if you are not smart, the employer may think you are misleading them.
The 3rd : Honesty
Tell the truth part of your weaknesses, and how you overcame it. Ideally, you presented a certain point which previously served as your weaknesses, but now you have overcome it.
For example: I'm a perfectionist, so I do not want to communicate that to others. But I realized that, to develop a team, each individual in that group need to perform many different tasks and it is possible to form an effective working group.
