Bên khách hàng sẽ bác bỏ đề xuất trong trường hợp công ty tư vấn loại bỏ một thành viên trong liên danh mà không có sự đồng thuận trước của khách hàng trong một số trường hợp ngoại lệ chẳng hạn như thành viên liên danh bị cấm túc hoặc trường hợp bất khả kháng
