Trong suốt thời gian hai tháng vừa qua, tôi đã đang triển khai thực hiện hai dự án sản xuất và kinh doanh thương mại tại Việt nam, dự án thứ nhất là thành lập một công ty thương mại nhập khẩu và phân phối sản phẩm và dự án thứ hai là mua một nhà máy sản xuất các sản phẩm đồ uống, theo chiến lược và tầm nhìn đến năm 2020 của công ty chúng tôi tại thị trường Việt nam.
Để thực hiện các dự án nêu trên, tôi đã phải nỗ lực làm việc và cộng tác với các bộ phận liên quan trong trong Công ty và các cơ quan chức năng địa phương cho việc lập kế hoạch kinh doanh, nghiên cứu thị trường, kế hoạch tài chính, kế hoạch lỗ lãi, chiến lược sản phẩm, chiến lược tiếp cận thị trường, nguồn nhân lực, chuỗi cung ứng sản phẩm, sản xuất, xuất nhập khẩu, kho bãi và dịch vụ logistics…vv sau đó làm thẳng hàng và trình bày dự án lên Ban Giám đốc và Giám đốc điều hành để tìm kiếm sự phê duyệt nội bộ. Chúng tôi đã phải mất rất nhiều thời gian, chi phí cho việc tiến hành các thủ tục đầu tư tại Việt nam do môi trường đầu tư và kinh doanh tại Việt nam hiện đang là một thách thức, mặc dù Việt nam đang có những lợi thế về dân số vàng, nằm trong khu vực phát triển kinh tế năng động, chính phủ cũng đã có nhiều hành động quyết liệt nhằm cải thiện môi trường đầu tư kinh doanh, tuy nhiên Việt nam đang là một quốc gia đang phát triển, chuyển đổi từ nền kinh tế bao cấp kế hoạch sang nền kinh tế thị trường. Do đó, vẫn có nhiều những rào cản mà chúng tôi đã gặp phải trong quá trình thực hiện các dự án đầu tư như chính sách pháp luật chưa hoàn thiện, các thủ tục hành chính, chính sách thuế và hải quan vẫn chưa được cải thiện một cách hiệu quả và minh bạch. Chính vì vậy, thông qua các phẩm chất lãnh đạo của Dell, tôi đã luôn lập kế hoạch hành động giữa công việc và gia đình vì vậy tôi đã luôn hoàn thành công việc của mình cũng như luôn có đủ thời gian để chăm sóc gia đình. Tôi luôn cố gắng hoàn thành các công việc tại văn phòng trước khi trở về nhà, tôi luôn sử dụng những ngày nghỉ cho các buổi dã ngoại, câu cá hoặc đi thăm bạn bè, người thân cùng gia đình. Đối với các kỳ thi của trẻ con, tôi đều cố gắng đưa tụi trẻ đến trường. Điều quan trọng nhất mà tôi đã nhận ra đó là khi bạn có sự cân bằng giữa công việc và gia đình, bạn sẽ nhận được sự hạnh phúc từ gia đình và bạn cũng sẽ có được sự thành công trong công việc.

We had to take a lot of time, the costs for the conduct of investment procedures in Vietnam due to the investment and business environment in Vietnam is currently a challenge, although Vietnam has advantages in population of gold, is located within the dynamic economic development the Government also has more drastic action to improve the investment and business environment, however Vietnam is a developing country, the transition from subsidized plan economy to market economy. So, there are still many barriers that we have encountered in the process of implementation of the investment project as legal policies, administrative procedures, tax and customs policy has yet to be improved effectively and transparently. Therefore, through the leadership qualities of Dell, I was always planning to act between work and family, so I've always finished his work as well as always having enough time to take care of the family. I always try to finish the job at the Office before returning home, I always use the holidays for picnics, fishing or visiting friends, relatives of the same family. For the exam, I try to take children to school. The most important thing that I've realized is that when you have a balance between work and family, you will get your happiness from family and also you will get success in your work.
