Điều 37. Báo cáo tài chính, kiểm toán báo cáo tài chính
1. Ngân hàng Phát triển Việt Nam thực hiện báo cáo tài chính, báo cáo hoạt động theo quy định của Bộ Tài chính, Ngân hàng Nhà nước Việt Nam.
2. Báo cáo tài chính hàng năm của Ngân hàng Phát triển Việt Nam được kiểm toán bởi Kiểm toán Nhà nước.
3. Trong trường hợp cần thiết khi nhà tài trợ vốn nước ngoài yêu cầu phải có báo cáo kiểm toán trong hồ sơ vay vốn thì Ngân hàng Phát triển Việt Nam được thuê kiểm toán độc lập để kiểm toán báo cáo tài chính.

Vietnam Development Bank made the financial report, activity report as prescribed by the Ministry of finance, the State Bank of Vietnam.2. the annual financial report of the Vietnam Development Bank audited by the State Audit.3. In case of need when the sponsor foreign capital required to have audit report loan profile in the Vietnam Development Bank hired an independent auditor to audit the financial report.

3. In case of necessity when foreign donors require audited statements in loan applications, the Vietnam Development Bank hired independent auditors to audit the financial statements.
