Nhờ vậy, Việt Nam đã trở thành một trong những nước hiếm hoi trên thế giới có tốc độ tăng trưởng dương trong thời kỳ khủng hoảng trầm trọng nhất. Theo nhận định của nhiều chuyên gia, cho đến nay, ta đã thoát khỏi được “cái bẫy” suy thoái kinh tế toàn cầu. Mặc dù còn rất nhiều việc phải làm trong thời gian sắp tới, nhưng không thể phủ nhận chính sách kích cầu ở Việt Nam thời gian qua là một thành tựu kinh tế rất đáng ghi nhận của ta trong quá trình hội nhập và phát triển.
Và theo nhận định của em, gói kích cầu của Chính phủ đã góp phần thực hiện được mục tiêu ngăn chặn suy giảm kinh tế, ổn định kinh tế vĩ mô; các cân đối thu chi ngân sách Nhà nước, tiền tệ, cán cân thanh toán quốc tế… được đảm bảo; lạm phát được kiềm chế ở mức thấp nhất; tốc độ tăng trưởng được duy trì hợp lý và bền vững.
Biểu hiện cụ thể là:
GDP trong quý I có tốc độ tăng trưởng 3,14%, sang quý II tăng 4,46%, quý III ước tăng 5,67% và quý IV tăng 6,8%, cả năm GDP tăng khoảng 5,2%, vượt chỉ tiêu Quốc hội đề ra; trong đó khu vực nông, lâm nghiệp và thủy sản tăng 19%, khu vực công nghiệp và xây dựng tăng 5,4%, khu vực dịch vụ tăng 6,5%.
