. Thực hiện và Kiểm soát quá trình thi công : Các công việc thực hiện và kiểm soát quá trình thi công bao gồm nhưng không giới hạn như sau:
– Căn cứ theo nhiệm vụ được giao, Kế hoạch, tiến độ thực hiện công việc, khối lượng vật tư, thiết bị đã sẵn sàng cho thi công, chuẩn bị Lệnh sản xuất và trình Giám sát trưởng kiểm duyệt.
– Đảm bảo các điều kiện an toàn, vệ sinh môi trường trong suốt quá trình thi công.
– Chịu trách nhiệm về kỹ thuật, chất lượng cũng như tiến độ thực hiện nhiệm vụ được giao.
– Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và kiểm soát nguồn lực thi công nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả cũng như chất lượng của sản phẩm, Quản lý và kiểm soát nguồn vật tư thi công bao gồm cả vật tư chính và vật tư phụ để đảm bảo chi phí thấp nhất, cũng như bảo quản tránh thất thoát, lãng phí trong phạm vi công việc được giao. Tổng hợp, báo cáo hoàn thành công việc theo từng Lệnh sản xuất.
– Thực hiện, báo cáo, tổng hợp và hoàn thiện các hố sơ liên quan đến các phát sinh ngoài hợp đồng ngay sau khi hoàn thành để làm cơ sở tính phát sinh với khách hàng.
– Thực hiện các hồ sơ hoàn công, bàn giao sản phẩm cũng như hoàn trả vật tư thưa sau khi thi công theo nhiệm vụ được giao.
– Cập nhật, Báo cáo tiến độ thực hiện công việc định kỳ cho Giám sát trưởng, hoặc theo yêu cầu của Giám sát trưởng.
