Khu vực hành chính kỹ thuật bao gồm các công trình nhà điều hành, trạm cân, sàn phân loại, nhà máy phân loại, nhà máy chế biến compost… Nước mưa trong khu vực này được thu gom tập trung bởi hệ thống mương hở, sau đó theo các đường ống/cống thoát nước SW2 – SW20, SW23 – SW31, xả thẳng ra rạch Chiếu và rạch Ngã Cạy.
