From the date of opening (12/2015), business objectives our group set off for 6 months as follows:-The number of sold out in 1 month: 250 cups per day, 50/cake day, the ratio of use of services-program of reaching 80%.-The number of sold out in 2 months: 200 cups per day, 30 cake/day, ratio of use of the services of the program reached 90%.-The quantities sold in the last 3 months: 300 cups/day, 50/cake day, use the services of the program reached 90%.-Target: 1000 new customers/6, in which every old clients return to the Inn at least 2 times. a group we don't set long-term goals because the goals of business change strategy, pulling thereby changing the indicators in target. the sales to be achieved in 1 year (counted from 12/2015-03/2016): 3.5 billion
