5. Cân xe vào và ra, đảm bảo trọng lượng hàng hóa khớp đúng với chứng từ.
6. Kiểm tra công nợ thường xuyên và hối thúc khách hàng trả nợ, thông báo các chính sách và khuyến mãi cho khách hàng.
7. Hỗ trợ phòng kinh doanh báo giá và gửi mẫu sản phẩm cho đại lý.
8. Ghi nhận thông tin về khiếu nại, ý kiến của khách hàng và đưa ra phương hướng xử lý, cải tiến công việc.
9. Sắp xếp và lưu trữ hóa đơn chứng từ.
