Tại cuối bể Aerotank (T06) sẽ có 2 bơm tuần hoàn RP06 A/B tuần hoàn hỗn hợp nước và bùn về T05. Mục đích đưa nguồn Nitrat về lại bể Anoxic kết hợp với nguồn cacbon từ bể phân phối T03 qua thực hiện quá trình khử Nitrat trong điều kiện thiếu khí chuyển hóa Nitrat về dạng phân tử N2 tự do tại bể Anoxic.
