2. Các yếu tố cấu thành thị trường KHCN :
Trên cơ sở lợi ích của các bên tham gia ( bên mua.bán,trung gian,...) có các yếu tố ảnh hưởng và tạo nên các quan hệ mua bán,trao đổi sản phẩm của hoạt động KHCN. Cho nên Thị trường KHCN cũng được cấu thành bởi ba yếu tố là (a) Hàng hóa KH&CN, (b) Các chủ thể tham gia thị trường và (c) Thể chế hỗ trợ thị trường KHCN
a) Hàng hóa KHCN :
Hàng hóa KHCN bao gồm sản phẩm KHCN và dịch vụ KHCN, có thể vô hình hoặc hữu hình. Cũng như hành hóa thông thường,hàng hóa KHCN là lao động sáng tạo của con người. Người lao động tạo ra hàng hóa KHCN là những nhà khoa học, nhà nghiên cứu ...
