HƯỚNG DẪN VẬN HÀNH MÁY HÀN

1. Phạm vi hệ thống
Khởi động máy hàn, bắt pha mát vào vật hàn, gá que hàn vào kìm hàn, đặt que hàn vào vị trí hàn, kim loại nóng chảy.
2. Quy định bậc thợ: Thợ hàn 3/7 trở lên.

4. Các bước thực hiện

- Hết ca sản xuất, ngắt áp-tô-mát, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, bàn giao ca sau sử dụng, ghi rõ nội dung tình trạng thiết bị, số giờ vận hành.
5. Nội quy an toàn
Công nhân vận hành phải được huấn luyện AT - VSLĐ định kỳ.
