In an organization, there are four stages to confirm the employee's motivation. The first phase, the employees are admitted to the organization. They are very active in the work, always try to complete the work assigned, to help other employees complete their work. At this point, the worker's motivation is very high, so the leaders don't need theory used in this phase. The second stage, the worker is no longer the first stage who just do the work assigned. They no longer feel the excitement for the work as in the first period. In the second stage, the motivation of workers is lower than the engine of the laborers in the first period. The third stage, the staff complete the job was a negligent, because they rely on the staff and other employees. In the second period and the third stage, the leaders must use the theory of motivation to move to the second phase of the third stage and back stage. If the leader not to use the theory of motivation in the second and third stages, the second and third stages will become four stages. Stage four is the stage where the staff will leave the job. In this phase, the theories of motivation are not effective.Motivation is the process of promoting the ability to work of the employee. Moreover, staff management and motivation to help leaders understand their employees. Furthermore, the driving force is the main cause that leads to human behavior. Power was generated by three factors, including the needs, behaviors, and satisfaction. For example, we need money to shop, buy food, drinks. This is called demand. We go to work to earn more money. This is called behavior. We go to work and pay for our company, we use this money to buy food and drinks. This is called satisfaction. The needs, behaviors, and satisfaction is the tight circle helps the leaders know the needs of your employees. When the leaders meet the needs of the employee, the employee will feel satisfied and work more efficiently. Motivation depends on the leaders. If the leaders know how to use the theory of impetus, the staff will stick with more organization.
