Thực tập" có lẽ là một khái niệm không còn xa lạ đối với tất cả chúng ta. Từ những sinh viên năm hai hay thậm chí là những sinh viên năm cuối đại học vẫn luôn tìm cho mình một nơi để có những trải nghiệm cho công việc sau này. Bởi lẽ khi đi thực tập, chúng ta được tiếp cận với môi trường làm việc thực tế, có thể biết được công việc nào thực sự thích hợp với bản thân mình. Và khi nào thì chúng ta nên bắt đầu đi thực tập?
*Sinh viên năm cuối đi thực tập hầu hết do nhà trường yêu cầu. Vì vậy, một số bạn vẫn còn rất bị động khi làm việc ở các công ty với vị trí thực tập sinh. Nhưng các bạn cũng cần phải tự tìm kiếm các công việc và chủ động làm việc một cách tích cực để có thể hiểu rõ hơn ngành mà mình học thực sự sẽ làm cũng như hiểu rõ được điểm mạnh và điểm yếu của bản thân. Nếu những năm trước bạn chưa có cơ hội đi thực tập, bạn nên tranh thủ đi tìm kiếm sớm, trước thời gian yêu cầu của nhà trường. Khi đó, bạn sẽ có cơ hội trải nghiệm nhiều hơn, không chỉ thực tập 3 tháng trong công ty mà còn kéo dài nhiều hơn hoặc trải nghiệm nhiều công việc thực tập khác.
Đối với sinh viên năm 3 đã nắm được các kiến thức nhất định về chuyên ngành nên việc đi thực tập cũng là điều cần thiết. Tiếp xúc với công việc trong giai đoạn đó sẽ giúp bạn định hình được tương lai của mình. Hơn nữa, nó còn giúp bạn cân bằng lại cuộc sống, khi mà trong 3 năm qua, bạn chỉ chăm chú học kiến thức trên ghế nhà trường. Khi thực tập, bạn sẽ biết được giá trị của các kiến thức và giúp bạn có khả năng chọn lọc cái gì cần tập trung học, cái gì cần bỏ qua để phát triển ngành nghề và bản thân bạn. Đừng ngại rằng vào công ty chỉ làm những việc nhỏ nhặt bởi vì thông qua đó, bạn vẫn có rất nhiều cơ hội để phát triển cũng như tạo dựng các mối quan hệ cho chính mình
Một vài sinh viên năm 2 băn khoăn rất nhiều bởi họ cũng muốn đi thực tập. Thế nhưng nhiều nhà tuyển dụng đòi hỏi là sinh viên năm 3 trở lên. Tuy nhiên, bạn có thể hỏi thăm người quen của mình để vào làm việc hoặc hãy cứ nộp đơn và chứng minh cho nhà tuyển dụng thấy bạn vẫn có thể làm tốt công việc thực tập thông qua CV của bạn. Bạn vẫn có thể được nhận vào làm nếu nhà tuyển dụng đánh giá cao thái độ thiện chí và năng lực của bạn. Đừng ngại ngùng hay sợ hãi.

- Trách nhiệm, bổn phận hàng ngày của bạn là gì?
- Nơi và bộ phận mà bạn muốn thực tập
- Điều gì là ưu tiên chính của công việc, mối quan hệ với đồng nghiệp
- Tìm hiểu trước mẫu báo cáo thực tập để khi đi thực tập không bị động.
- Tạo mối quan hệ tốt với nơi bạn thực tập
- Bạn cũng cần tìm hiểu thêm những lợi ích từ công ty cho sinh viên thực tập
