Khi chương trình khám sức khỏe cho Bên B thực hiện xong, Bên A sẽ gửi giấy thông báo thanh toán xác nhận tổng chi phí khám sức khỏe.Bên B có trách nhiệm kiểm tra và ký xác nhận đồng ý các chi phí trong phiếu thanh toán và gửi lại cho bên A (bằng fax …) để Bên A làm căn cứ xuất hóa đơn tài chính cho Bên B cùng với bảng tổng kết kết quả khám sức khỏe. Bên B phải thanh toán cho Bên A bằng chuyển khoản chi phí khám sức khỏe theo thỏa thuận hợp đồng trong vòng 01 tuần kể từ ngày nhận hóa đơn tài chính và bảng tổng kết kết quả . Sau đó bên A sẽ giao trả đầy đủ hồ sơ khám sức khỏe của nhân viên và bản thanh lý hợp đồng cùng bên B tại địa chỉ bên B theo lịch hẹn.

3. When the health check program for Side B done, party A will send notification of payment confirmed the total cost of health check. Party B is responsible for examination and approval to agree the cost of payment form and send back to the A side (by fax) to A Party as a base to export financial Bill for the B Side along with the table summarizing the results of health examinations. Side B must pay party A by transfer costs health check according to the contract agreement within 12 weeks from the date of the invoice and financial tables summarizing the results. After that party A will pay the full records of employee health and the liquidated contracts along side B at B side by appointment.

When the health check done to Party B, Party A will send a written notice confirming payment of the total cost of examinations khoe.Ben B is responsible for testing and certifying the cost agreed in payment slip and return it to the A (by fax ...) to party A as a basis of financial invoice to party B together with summary results checkup. Party B shall pay Party A by transfer of health care costs under contractual agreement within 01 weeks from receipt of the invoice and summary financial results. Then party A will communicate fully paid health care records of employees and the liquidation of the contract with Party B in the B address by appointment.
