(d) Các chính sách và thủ tục kỷ luật của NCC cần phải được xác định rõ ràng và thông báo với người lao động. NCC phải tiến hành tất cả các bước cần thiết để ngăn chặn việc đối xử khắc nghiệt và/vô nhân đạo, bao gồm bất cứ hành vi quấy rối tình dục, lạm dụng tình dục, nhục hình, ép buộc về tinh thần hoặc thể chất hoặc lạm dụng bằng lời nói, hoặc bất kỳ sự đe dọa nào của việc đối xử như vậy.
