Ma trận hoạch định chiến lược QSPM

Ma trận hoạch định chiến lược QSPM là một công cụ giúp cho doanh nghiệp xác định chiến lược hấp dẫn nhất. để các định điểm hấp đẫn của từng chiến lược ta tiến hành:
- Liệt kê các yếu tố ảnh hưởng bên ngoài và bên trong.
- Phân loại mức độ hấp dẫn với công ty: không hấp dẫn (1), có thể hấp dẫn đôi chút (2), khá hấp dẫn (3), rất hấp dẫn (4).
- Cho điểm mức độ phản ứng của công ty: ít có phải ứng (1), có nhưng rất yếu (2), phản ứng ở mức trung bình (3), có phản ứng mạnh (4)
