41.2. Nếu Sự kiện bồi thường làm tăng chi phí hay cản trở việc hoàn thành công việc trước Ngày hoàn thành dự kiến, thì Giá hợp đồng sẽ được điều chỉnh tăng lên, thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng sẽ được gia hạn. Chủ đầu tư phải xem xét quyết định việc điều chỉnh Giá hợp đồng và gia hạn thời gian thực hiện hợp đồng.
