tôi bị đau dạ dày phải vào bệnh viện và được chỉ định nghỉ 3 ngày 13/6, 14/6 và 15/6. Tôi đã không thể tham gia 2 buổi học ngày 13 và ngày 15/6 cũng như buổi field trip đi Bát Tràng vào ngày hôm qua. Tôi được biết không tham dự buổi field trip ngày 14/6 sẽ không được nộp bài assignment 1. Ngày mai tôi sẽ gửi đơn lên trên văn phòng nhằm xem xét cho trường hợp của tôi. Mong ông hiểu và thông cảm để tôi không bị tick nghỉ quá buổi học. Ngày mai tôi cũng sẽ quay lại học bình thường sau khi xuất viện. Xin cảm ơn.

I get to go to the hospital and was appointed on 13 3/6, 14/6 and 4/6. I was not able to attend 2 sessions on September 13 and September 15/6 as well as evening field trip goes into bat Trang today.
