2. HẠNG MỤC BẢO HÀNH:
 Dựa vào điều khoản bảo hành các hạng mục xây lắp cho dự án Thảo Điền Pearl,
 Dựa vào điều khoản bảo hành trong hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ,
 Căn cứ điều kiện hợp đồng với các nhà thầu,
Ban quản lý Dự án Thảo Điền Pearl trân trọng thông báo:
i) Bảo hành cho kết cấu tòa nhà (bao gồm sàn bê tông, đà, cột và móng công trình, Công ty Địa Ốc và Xây Dựng S.S.G2 vẫn thực hiện đúng theo luật định là 60 tháng kể từ ngày 10/04/2013.
ii) Việc bảo hành các hạng mục xây lắp trong phạm vị căn hộ đã kết thúc từ ngày 31/03/2016.
iii) Các hạng mục xây lắp thuộc phần sở hữu chung, Ban quản lý tòa nhà đã, đang và sẽ chuyển sang chế độ bảo trì theo từng hạng mục cụ thể để BQLTN đảm bảo vận hành dự án ổn định.
