 Cơ chế quản lý khoản vay:
- CB Sài Gòn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm chính về việc quản lý khoản vay: Ký kết hợp đồng tín dụng, hợp đồng thế chấp, hoàn thiện các thủ tục vay vốn, thực hiện giải ngân, thu nợ, quản lý dòng tiền,...
- Định kỳ 6 tháng/1 lần hoặc đột xuất, CB Sài Gòn thăm và kiểm tra trực tiếp khoản vay.
- CB Sài Gòn sẽ ủy quyền cho CB Hải Phòng hỗ trợ thực hiện các thủ tục giám sát khoản vay: Nhận hồ sơ giải ngân khách hàng, kiểm tra và giám sát tiến độ thực hiện dự án, kiểm tra mục đích sử dụng vốn và làm việc với khách hàng trong các cuộc kiểm tra định kỳ,..
