- Chuyên gia trực tiếp trong triển khai hoạt động đánh giá đói nghèo có sự tham gia. Thiết kế, kiểm tra chéo, và tổng hợp các nguồn dữ liệu trên một phạm vi rộng.
- Có kinh nghiệm thực hiện các chương trình hỗ trợ giáo dục ở Việt Nam;
- Có kinh nghiệm khảo sát, nghiên cứu/ đánh giá về đói nghèo, giới tính, dân tộc thiểu số ở Việt Nam;
Có kiến thức về phương pháp nghiên cứu định tính và định lượng Có kinh nghiệm tốt về xử lý dữ liệu và phân tích thống kê (sử dụng SPSS); Kỹ năng nghiên cứu định tính (NVivo) và nghiên cứu định lượng (SPSS, MPlus) tốt
- Có kinh nghiệm trong thực hiện đánh giá xã hội;
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp và kinh nghiệm làm việc trong một nhóm đa văn hóa.
- Có kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề và viết báo cáo. Có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt và làm việc theo nhóm hiệu quả.
- Sử dụng tốt các chương trình máy tính phục vụ công việc.
- Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh.

-Specialists in active deployment reviews participatory poverty. Design, synthesis, and cross-check the data source on a broad scope.-Experience in performing educational support programs in Vietnam;-Experience in surveying, research/evaluation of poverty, gender, ethnic minorities in Vietnam;Have knowledge of qualitative research methods and quantitative have good experience about data processing and statistical analysis (using SPSS); Qualitative research skills (NVivo) and quantitative research (SPSS, MPlus) good-Experience in performing social assessment;-Communication skills and experience working in a multicultural group.-Analytical skills, problem solving, and written reports. Have good communication skill and team work efficiency. -Good use of computer programs to serve the work.-Use good English.
