Năm 2008, Chi nhánh đầu tiên tại Cam-pu-chia đã được thành lập, đánh dấu nỗ lực đầu tiên của Công ty vươn ra thị trường nước ngoài theo chiến lược của Tập đoàn. Kể từ đó đến nay người công trình đã tham gia thi công hạ tầng Viễn thông ở hầu hết các thị trường mà Tập đoàn đầu tư như: Lào, Haiti, Peru, Cameroon, Mozambique, Burundi và chuẩn bị triển khai thi công tại Tanzania.
