e.Điều kiện kết thúc hố khoan
- Độ sâu kết thúc hố khoan đã được dự kiến và nêu rõ trong phiếu yêu cầu khảo sát. Căn cứ vào quy mô công trình và điều kiện địa chất khu vực kiến nghị độ sâu thăm dò như sau:
+ Đối với đất dính (đất loại sét): Có 7.5 mét khoan sâu liên tục với NSPT ≥ 20 búa/30cm; Tương đương lớp đất có trạng thái nửa cứng.
+ Đối với đất rời (đất loại cát): Có 7.5 mét khoan sâu liên tục với NSPT ≥ 30 nhát đập/30cm; Tương đương lớp đất có trạng thái chặt.
+ Đối với đá gốc: tối thiểu 2.5 mét khoan sâu liên tục trong đá liền khối phong hoá và nứt nẻ vừa;
- Trong quá trình khoan, nếu các hố khoan đã thỏa mãn điều kiện kết thúc hố khoan, nhưng chưa đạt chiều sâu hố khoan như dự kiến thì cho phép dừng khoan.
- Các hố khoan đạt chiều sâu dự kiến mà vẫn chưa thỏa mãn điều kiện kết thúc hố khoan, thì:
+ Nếu địa chất các hố khoan khảo sát thay đổi không đáng kể thì cho phép khoan sâu tiếp 01 trong 03 hố khoan cho đến khi thỏa mãn điều kiện kết thúc hố khoan.
+ Nếu địa chất các hố khoan khảo sát thay đổi phức tạp thì khoan sâu cả 03 hố cho đến khi thỏa mãn điều kiện kết thúc hố khoan.
- Khi khoan gặp phải địa tầng thay đổi phức tạp. Đơn vị Khoan khảo sát thông báo ngay cho Chủ đầu tư và các bên có liên quan để có phương án giải quyết.
f. Công tác khoan
Công tác khoan lấy mẫu được thực hiện nhằm xác định ranh giới địa tầng, trạng thái của đất nền công trình. Áp dụng phương pháp khoan xoay bơm rửa bằng dung dịch sét Bentonite. Trong quá trình khoan luôn đảm bảo lỗ khoan được thẳng đứng, không bị sập thành giếng khoan. Sau khi kết thúc công tác khoan tiến hành quan trắc mực nước trong lỗ khoan trong thời gian 24h, mỗi giờ đo 1 lần. Lỗ khoan sau quan trắc được lấp lại để đảm bảo an toàn và vệ sinh môi trường.
Công tác khoan sẽ được ghi chép lại một cách đầy đủ trong hình trụ hố khoan. Hình trụ hố khoan cần thể hiện các nội dung sau:

- ended borehole depth was expected and stated in the survey request form. Based on the size of the project and regional geology exploration depth recommendations as follows:
+ For cohesive soil (clay soil type): There are 7.5 meters continuous drill hammer NSPT ≥ 20 / 30cm; Equivalent soil with semi-rigid state.
+ For loose soil (sandy soil type): There are 7.5 meters deep drill continuously with NSPT ≥ 30 blows / 30cm; Equivalent grades tight state land.
+ For bedrock: minimum 2.5 meter deep drilling continuous weathering of rock and fractured medium;
- During the drilling process, if the borehole has satisfied the conditions to borehole end, but not yet reached borehole depth as expected then allow drilling stops.
- the drill hole reached the depth planned but have yet to satisfy the conditions of ended borehole, then:
+ If geological drill holes survey insignificant change is to allow deep drilling in 03 holes drilled to 01 until the end satisfied borehole conditions.
+ If geological survey drill holes complex changes, the latest 03 drill holes for satisfy conditions until the end borehole.
- when drilling encountered stratigraphic complex changes. Drilling Unit survey immediately notify the Owner and the relevant parties to the settlement.
F. Drilling
The drilling sampling was conducted to determine the stratigraphic boundaries, the status of the ground works. Rotary drilling method applied by instillation solution Bentonite clay. During the drilling process ensures boreholes are vertical, not collapse into wells. After the end of the drilling conducted monitoring the water level in the borehole during 24h, each measuring 1 hour. After monitoring boreholes are filled up in order to ensure safety and environmental hygiene.
