- Căn cứ vào hợp đồng số 31/HĐKT/2015 ngày 24/4/2015 giữa Công ty CP Tập đoàn công trình giao thông tỉnh Giang Tô (JTEC) và Công ty CP VTTB và XDCT 624 về việc thi công 02 cầu: Cầu Đất Sét Km11+324,35 và cầu Km13+329,97 thuộc gói thầu CW2A (Km07+800 -:- Km12+750) và CW2B (Km13+750 -:- Km18+200) Dự án kết nối khu vực trung tâm đồng bằng Mekong.
- Căn cứ vào các điều khoản thanh toán của hợp đồng đã ký giữa giữa Công ty CP Tập đoàn công trình giao thông tỉnh Giang Tô (JTEC) và Công ty CP VTTB và XDCT 624.
- Đến thời điểm hiện nay Công ty 624 đã làm hồ sơ thanh toán đến IPC8 và số tiền Công ty CP Tập đoàn công trình giao thông tỉnh Giang Tô (JTEC) còn phải trả theo hồ sơ thanh toán cho Công ty 624 hơn 8.000.000.000 đồng (Tám tỷ đồng).
