c) Vé xổ số truyền thống không đủ điều kiện lĩnh thưởng theo quy định tại khoản 1 Điều này do nguyên nhân chủ quan của khách hàng tham gia dự thưởng như cắt, đục lổ, vẽ, gạch, đốt, xé, bôi mực khác lên tờ vé hoặc các hành vi khác mang tính hủy hoại.
5. Khách hàng chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán chi phí giám định vé xổ số truyền thống không đủ điều kiện lĩnh thưởng quy định tại Khoản 1 Điều này được chuyển cho cơ quan chức năng giám định, không phân biệt là Công ty xổ số có trả thưởng hay không trả thưởng.
