Bên A thanh toán 40% giá trị hợp đồng bằng Tiền mặt ( hoặc Chuyển khoản) cho bên B ngay sau ký Hợp Đồng. 30% giá trị hợp đồng tiếp theo Bên A thanh toán cho Bên B ngay sau khi hoàn thành thủ tục hải quan và tập kết đầy đủ vật tư đến công trình của bên B. 30% giá trị hợp đồng còn lại bên A thanh toán nốt cho bên B chậm nhất sau 5 ngày khi bên B cung cấp và lắp đặt đủ hàng hóa, thiết bị và cung cấp đủ chứng từ thanh toán
