Qui định thanh toán:

1 – Giai đoạn thường:

– Đặt cọc 40% số tiền cần thanh toán

– Thanh toán 100% trước 15 ngày kể từ ngày check-in

2 – Giai đoạn cao điểm(lễ, tết):

– Đặt cọc 40% số tiền cần thanh toán

– Thanh toán 100% trước 60 ngày kể từ ngày check-in

* Sau thời hạn quy định thanh toán, nếu khách hàng không thanh toán đủ 100% thì giao dịch sẽ tựđộng hủy và Quý khách hàng phải chịu phí phạt 100%.

Qui định hủy, đổi, trả:

1 – Ngày thường:

– Hủy phòng trước 15 ngày: hoàn 100% số tiền đã thanh toán.

– Hủy, đổi, trả sau 15 ngày: không hoàn tiền.

2 – Ngày cao điểm:

– Hủy phòng trước 60 ngày: hoàn 100% số tiền đã thanh toán.

– Hủy, đổi, trả trước từ 45 đến 60 ngày: hoàn 50% tiền đã thanh toán.

– Hủy, đổi, trả sau 45 ngày: Không hoàn tiền.

3 – Thời hạn hoàn tiền đã thanh toán: -Quý khách được hoàn tiền trong vòng 15 ngày sau khi xác nhận hủy phòng
