Trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp giữ

Trường hợp phát sinh tranh chấp giữa CÁC BÊN do sự kiện bất khả kháng xảy ra hoặc kéo dài thì tranh chấp sẽ được giải quyết theo quy định tại Điều 16 [GIẢI QUYẾT TRANH CHẤP].
