Lá lược vàng Callisia Fragrans (Lindl.) Được biết đến như là một thảo dược có nhiều tác dụng tốt đến sức khỏe con người. Nhiều nghiên cứu đã chứng tỏ trong các bộ phận của cây lược vàng có nhiều hợp chất có hoạt tính sinh học, điển hình như các hợp chất polyphenol. Trong nghiên cứu này, tính khả thi của việc trích ly các hợp chất polyphenol từ lá lược vàng bằng lưu chất CO2 siêu tới hạn cùng với đồng dung môi được xem xét. Ảnh hưởng của áp suất, nhiệt độ, lưu lượng tổng cũng như nồng độ etanol (% w/w) đến hàm lượng polyphenol tổng và hoạt tính kháng oxi hóa của cao trích được khảo sát trong quá trình trích ly. Cao lá lược vàng được trích ly dưới điều kiện kết hợp các kết quả khảo sát: áp suất 200 bar, nhiệt độ 450C, lưu lượng tổng 20 g/ph, nồng độ etanol 14% (w/w), có kết quả phân tích hàm lượng polyphenol tổng, hàm lượng flavonoid tổng và hoạt tính kháng oxi hóa sấp xỉ bằng hàm lượng polyphenol tổng và hoạt tính kháng oxi hóa của cao trích bằng phương pháp Soxhlet với dung môi etylaxetat. Vì vậy, khả năng ứng dụng trích ly các hợp chất có hoạt tính sinh học từ lá lược vàng bằng lưu chất CO2 siêu tới hạn có thể thực hiện.
