Vụ án Lê Văn Luyện là một vụ án giết người cướp của xảy ra tại tiệm vàng Ngọc Bích (Phương Sơn, Lục Nam) ngày 24 tháng 8 năm 2011. Trong vụ án này, sát thủ Lê Văn Luyện đã giết chết cả vợ chồng chủ tiệm vàng cùng con 18 tháng tuổi. Con gái lớn của họ 8 tuổi bị chém đứt tay. Đây là vụ án rất nghiêm trọng gây xôn xao trong dư luận và ảnh hưởng đến trật tự an ninh tại địa phương cũng như những ý kiến về cần sửa đổi luật phòng chống tội phạm.[1] Lê Văn Luyện khét tiếng vì phạm tội khi chưa đến 18 tuổi. Do vậy khi bị kết án Luyện chỉ bị mức án nặng nhất là 18 năm tù theo luật pháp của Việt Nam tại thời điểm đó.
