Hợp Đồng này sẽ được điều chỉnh và giải thích theo pháp luật Việt Nam. Trong trường hợp có bất kỳ tranh chấp nào liên quan đến việc ký kết và thực hiện Hợp Đồng này, các Bên sẽ giải quyết thông qua thương lượng trong vòng 30 (ba mươi) ngày kể từ ngày phát sinh tranh chấp thì bất kỳ Bên nào cũng có quyền đưa tranh chấp tới Tòa án có thẩm quyền để giải quyết. Án phí và các khoản phí luật sư sẽ do Bên bị xử thua chịu.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

This agreement will be governed and interpreted according to the law of Vietnam. In the event of any dispute relating to the signing and execution of this Contract, the parties will resolve through negotiation within 30 (thirty) days from the date the dispute arose, the parties would also have the right to take the dispute to the competent court to resolve. Court fees and lawyers fees will be borne by the losing Party.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted by the laws of Vietnam. In the event of any dispute relating to the signing and implementation of this Agreement, the Parties shall resolve through negotiations within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the dispute, any party has the right to refer the dispute to the competent court for resolution. Court costs and attorney fees will be punished by the losing party.
