Trường hợp người nộp thuế nộp tiền tại ngân hàng thương mại chưa được ủy nhiệm thu/ phối hợp thu: người nộp thuế phải ghi đầy đủ thông tin trên Giấy nộp tiền, trừ “phần dành cho ngân hàng ủy nhiệm thu/khai báo nhà nước ghi khi thu tiền.
