After studying the bidding documents that we have received, we Consortium Corporation Construction Investment and Development Company Limited No.1 and Engineering - Construction Nhat An, warranty protection works as follows.
- the contractor is committed to ensuring the quality of works and compliance with Decree 46/2015 / ND-CP dated 05/12/2015 issued by the Government on the management and maintenance of quality of construction works.
- the contractor responsible for construction warranty from the date of works acceptance record signing put into use 12 months as stipulated by law.
- the contractor is responsible for carrying out maintenance works after handover for investors to put into use. Content includes project warranty fix, repair, replacement of damaged parts, defective or when the operation and use of unusual fault of the contractor.
- During the warranty period if the works with technical problems or damage caused by errors in the construction, the contractor will plan to repair the damage that the works in the stipulated time period that the investor was notified and bear the cost of repair that cure.
- During the warranty works, investors notice that the warranty claims the construction company did not fix, repair replace the damaged parts of the building or construction units try the prolonged period until the warranty expires, or technical problems occur when the warranty period has expired, but the construction company can not complete a certificate of warranty work, all such cases are shall not relieve the warranty of the construction company. Investors will then invite a replacement unit construction unit to perform warranty repairs and the cost will be deducted from the guarantee sum of the construction company.
- The contractor is reimbursed premiums the projects after the end of the warranty period and by the investor confirming completed warranty work.
