• Nội dung yêu cầu:

– Khách mời chia sẻ để sinh viên hiểu được đặc thù công việc và các kiến thức, kĩ năng cần có khi đi xin việc.

– Tương tác với sinh viên để giải đáp thắc mắc của sinh viên để giúp họ hoàn thiện hơn bản thân về kiến thức và kĩ năng cần trang bị để chinh phục nhà tuyển dụng.

– Phỏng vấn thử và sửa CV. Góp ý trực tiếp và mô tả cho các bạn sinh viên về cách thực hiện buổi phỏng vấn và những lưu ý quan trọng trong buổi phỏng vấn.

6. TIẾN ĐỘ THỰC HIỆN CÔNG VIỆC

– Từ ngày 10/10/2016 đến 14/10/2016: Xin phép Ban Lãnh đạo Đại học Khoa học tự nhiên & Trung tâm Đào tạo Quốc tế ITEC - TP.HCM.

– Từ 17/10/2016 đến 20/10/2016: Chuẩn bị công tác truyền thông, tổ chức và thông báo đến sinh viên trong trường ĐH Khoa học tự nhiên & Trung tâm Đào tạo Quốc tế ITEC - TP.HCM

– Từ 24/10/2016 đến 27/10/2016: Nhờ văn phòng Công tác sinh viên của Trung tâm Đào tạo Quốc tế ITEC gửi email đến sinh viên cùng mẫu đơn đăng ký online tham dự hội thảo.

Nhóm sinh viên tham gia tổ chức buổi hội thảo tiến hành Thực hiện truyền thông – marketing online thông qua website ITEC and HCMUS đồng thời quảng bá chương trình trên kênh mạng xã hội Facebook.

– Từ 28/10/2016 đến 02/11/2016: Nhóm sinh viên phụ trách tổ chức chương trình sẽ phát tờ rơi quảng bá buổi hội thảo, dán banner và poster trong khu vực khuôn viên trường.

– Ngày 03 và 04/11/2016: Nhóm sinh viên phụ trách tổ chức chương trình hoàn thiện công tác chuẩn bị và sắp xếp Hội trường I nơi diễn ra buổi hội thảo một cách tốt nhất.

– Ngày 05/11/2016: Tổ chức chương trình chính thức.

HCM-From 24/10/10 to 27/2016/2021: thanks to the Student Affairs Office of HONEYWELL international training center, send an email to students the same online application form to attend the seminar.Group of students participate in the seminar conduct media-marketing online through the website HCMUS and at the same time promote the ITEC program on social network Facebook channel.-From 28/10/2016 to 02/11/2017: student group in charge of organizing the program will play the flyers promoting the Conference, paste the banner and poster in the campus area. -04/11/03 and 2016: student group in charge of organizing the program improve the preparation and arrangement of the Hall I site of the Conference in the best way.-On 05/12/2016: organize formal programs.

- From 17/10 / 2016 to 10/20/2016: Preparation of communication, organization, and announced to the students of the University of natural Sciences & International Training Center ITEC - Ho Chi Minh City

- From 10/24/2016 to 27.10.2016: Thanks to office of student Affairs International Training Center ITEC student sent an email to the online registration form to attend the workshop.

Group of students involved in organizing seminars conducted implementation of communication - online marketing through website and HCMUS ITEC program also promotes the social networking channel.

- From 28/10/2016 to 02/11/2016: Group of students in charge of organizing the program will leaflets promoting seminars, banners and posters pasted in the campus area.

- On 03 and 04.11.2016: Group of students in charge of organizing the program complete the preparations and arrangements Hall I site of the workshops in the best way.

- On 11/05/2016: Organization official program.
