Ở thương mại điện tử do hàng hóa không phải trải qua bất kì một trung gian nào nên giá sản phẩm không bị đội lên,vì vậy người tiêu dùng đương nhiên được mua hàng với giá rẻ. Ở mô hình này do hàng hóa ko qua trung gian nên hàng hóa ko bị tráo đổi,người tiêu dùng được mua hàng thật và người tiêu dùng có thể đặt hàng tại bất kỳ đâu.
