- Lập kế hoạch và triển khai các công việc cho một dự án
- Kiểm tra và theo dõi chất lượng, tiến độ và chi phí của dự án
- Đưa ra và đảm bảo các Biện pháp thi công, Kế hoạch kiểm tra, nghiệm thu, Thủ tục xây dựng, Hướng dẫn thi công
- Làm việc với Chủ Đầu Tư, Tư Vấn Giám Sát và các nhà thầu để đảm bảo các công việc của dự án được thực hiện đúng theo kế hoạch đã được duyệt
- Điều hành mọi hoạt động của dự án được giao, chịu trách nhiệm trước Ban Giám đốc về công việc được phân công.
- Tham mưu cho Ban Giám đốc về lựa chọn phương án tổ chức điều hành dự án, thực hiện dự án.
- Thay mặt Ban Dự án thực hiện các công việc đối nội, đối ngoại trong quá trình thực hiện dự án
- Thực hiện nhiệm vụ khác do Giám đốc Công ty trực tiếp phân công.
