Từ sau khi chuyển sang mô hình cổ phần hóa, công ty đã tạo ra những bước đột phá trong sản xuất kinh doanh. Không chỉ phục vụ việc cấp nước cho địa bàn thành phố Việt Trì, thị xã Phú Thọ, công ty còn tập trung mở rộng mạng lưới cấp nước tới mọi vùng dân cư trên địa bàn tỉnh với mục tiêu nâng cao “chất lượng cuộc sống, sức khỏe cộng đồng”.

Đặc biệt, xí nghiệp sản xuất nước sạch thị trấn Phong Châu ra đời năm 2012 với tổng vốn đầu tư 50 tỷ đồng là một trong những xí nghiệp có dây chuyền sản xuất nước hiện đại nhất của công ty. Nguồn nước được xử lý nhờ công nghệ Lamel kết hợp với bể lọc trọng lực tự rửa và đưa vào bể chứa thép nhập khẩu
