Những nỗ lực của Honda Việt Nam trong các hoạt động an toàn giao thông đã đạt được sự ủng hộ to lớn cũng như đánh giá cao từ cơ quan chức năng, các phương tiện thông tin đại chúng trong cả nước. Honda Việt Nam đã vinh dự được Uỷ ban An toàn giao thông Quốc gia trao tặng bằng khen “Có thành tích to lớn trong công tác ATGT”. Bên cạnh đó công ty cũng đặc biệt chú trọng tới các hoạt động xã hội trong nhiều lĩnh vực như hỗ trợ phát triển giáo dục, văn hoá, nghệ thuật, thể thao, từ thiện…
