Đầu tư để phát triển khoa học và kh

Đầu tư để phát triển khoa học và khoa học tuy đã có nhiều chuyển biến, được chú trọng nhưng mới chỉ đạt 2% tổng chi ngân sách nhà nước- một con số quá thấp so với nhu cầu của hoạt động khoa học và công nghệ. Các nước tiên tiến đầu tư cho phát triển khoa học công nghệ, đặc biệt là nghiên cứu các sản phẩm khoa học ứng dụng luôn đạt từ 3 – 5% ngân sách. Rõ ràng sự chênh lệch về vốn đầu tư cho KH&CN cũng đã là một thách thức lớn cho nền KH&CN Việt Nam .

The investment for the development of science and science yet had much upheaval, being i.t. but only reach 2% of the State budget--a figure too low compared with the needs of the scientific and technological activities. Advanced countries invest in scientific and technological development, especially the study of applied science products meet from 3-5% of the budget. Clearly the disparity in investment capital for the KH & CN also was a big challenge for the KH & CN Vietnam.

Investment for development of science and science but there have been many changes, but focused only reached 2% of the total expenditure budget country- a figure far below the needs of the scientific activities and technology . The advanced countries invest in science and technology development, especially research and applied science products always reach 3-5% of the budget. Obviously the difference in investment for science and technology was also a major challenge for the science and technology in Vietnam.
