Tôi có 3 vấn đề cần trao đổi với HC

Tôi có 3 vấn đề cần trao đổi với HC như sau :

1. Việc trữ tiền của máy ATM nhân dịp Tết : ngày mai là ngày nhận lương, trong đó có cả lương T13, thưởng Tết… như vậy có thể nhu cầu rút tiền mặt của nhân viên rất lớn, vậy 1 máy ATM ở KTX có đủ điều kiện phục vụ không ? ngoài ra dịp Tết là ngân hàng sẽ nghỉ làm, vậy máy ATM trong khoảng thời gian này , nếu hết tiền thì có bổ sung được không hay phải đợi ?
2. Hiện tại chất lượng, khẩu vị của bữa ăn ở căn-tin đang đi xuống, khẩu phần ít và ngọt quá, nên chăng là HC cần có kế hoạch lấy ý kiến của nhân viên về việc này ?
3. Tết là giai đoạn phục vụ khách rất đông, nên nhân viên cần phải tập trung đi làm hết, đề nghị phòng HC kiểm tra chặt các loại lương thực Tết được phục vụ trong khoảng thời gian này, nhất là các loại thực phẩm đóng gói như bánh , mứt, củ kiệu v.v. tránh tình trạng gây ra ngộ độc thực phẩm, ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe của nhân viên.
Trên đây là ý kiến của tôi , đề nghị mọi người cho ý kiến thêm để công tác chuẩn bị được tốt hơn.
