2. Có quyền yêu cầu Hội đồng quản trị, Ban Tổng Giám đốc cung cấp mọi Hồ sơ và thông tin cần thiết liên quan đến công tác điều hành quản lí Công ty;
Mọi Thông báo, Báo cáo, Phiếu xin ý kiến đều phải được gửi đến Ban kiểm soát cùng thời điểm gửi đến các thành viên Hội đồng quản trị, thành viên Ban Tổng giám đốc;
