24.5. Khi chuyển nhượng, Bên chuyển

24.5. Khi chuyển nhượng, Bên chuyển nhượng phải đáp ứng đủ các điều kiện sau:
24.5.1. Nhà đầu tư đã góp đủ vốn chủ sở hữu theo đúng tiến độ cam kết tại Hợp đồng BOT này.
24.5.2. Có cam kết của Bên cho vay hoặc Bên tài trợ khác về việc tiếp tục tài trợ vốn để thực hiện Dự án.
24.5.3. Các điều kiện, thủ tục theo quy định của pháp luật về đầu tư, xây dựng, doanh nghiệp và văn bản pháp luật liên quan.

24.5. Upon transfer, transfer Party must meet the following conditions:24.5.1. Investors have contributed enough equity according to schedule commitments in this BOT contract.24.5.2. Lender's commitment or other funding Parties about the continuation of funding to implement the project.24.5.3. The conditions and procedures prescribed by the law on investment, construction, business and legal documents.

24.5. Once transferred, the transferor must satisfy the following conditions:
24.5.1. Investors have sufficient equity contribution schedule commitments in the BOT contract.
24.5.2. Commitment by the Lender or other donors on further funding to implement the project.
24.5.3. The conditions and procedures prescribed by law for the investment, construction, business and related legal documents.
